An early 1900's semi detached house in Harpenden, untouched since the mid 70s. Works consisted of all design and planning applications, for a full internal and external refurbishment, including changing the entire room layout, with the addition of a rear two story extension adding a new lounge and master bedroom with en-suite. We also carried out extensive ground work including a decking and patio area plus turfing the rear garden
